Eric Mitchell will run his Parisi Speed School from 6:30pm-7:30pm for 6 sessions 6/22 - 7/29.  Eric has an unbelievable reputation in this area. I personally did speed school with Eric in high school and college. I wish I learned how to run properly earlier. 

Overview:

This is for kids 7-13. The Jump Start Program incorporates youth speed training and youth agility training techniques to enhance:

  • Injury Prevention
